We are changing the numerical designations for two of our approved forms.

• FAA Form 6000-8, Technical Performance Record

will become

• FAA Form 6000-8A, Technical Performance Record

• FAA Form 6000-10, Technical Reference Data Record

will become

• FAA Form 6000-10A, Technical Reference Data Record

We are making this change because both FAA personnel and non-federal personnel use 6000-8 and 6000-10. Non-federal personnel use fillable versions. The FAA’s Forms Management Office requested that we differentiate. Thus:

• Forms 6000-8 & 6000-10 will be non-fillable forms for use by FAA personnel.

• Forms 6000-8A & 6000-10A will be fillable forms for use by non-federally employed personnel.

• These versions of the forms will feature the Paperwork Reduction Act statement, as well as the OMB control number, 2120-0014, and expiration date, 07/31/2022.

NOTE: The abstract of the original submission refers to the original form numbers: 6000-8 and 6000-10. We are changing the form numbers to 6000-8A and 6000-10A. The forms have not changed in any other way.
