The TSA Modernization Act (Division K of Pub. L. 115-254; Oct. 5, 2018) requires TSA to develop a plan to improve intelligence information sharing with State and local transportation entities. This voluntary annual survey will assist TSA’s Intelligence & Analysis team to evaluate the effectiveness of information sharing. Please do not include any personally identifiable information (PII) for questions with open text boxes for explanations. We look forward to your feedback!
