Comment: We received one comment on the information collection requirements. The
commenter stated “the proposed collection is appropriate.” The commenter also urged the
Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to revise existing regulations to ensure equitable
access to preventive services for all Americans.
Response: We thank the commenter for its comments. The Departments of Health and Human
Services, Labor, and the Treasury will take these comments into consideration for future work in
this area.
