The respondent burden has decreased due to a decrease in the estimated number of respondents. Additionally, estimated response time for applicants has decreased from 12 minutes to 10 minutes due to faster machine response time within the registration application. The cost to the Federal Government has also decreased due to a decrease in operational and maintenance costs.
