This information collection will serve as the application for Personal Services Contracts. USAID requires information about offerors' compensation requirements, education, work experience, and other qualifications related to PSC opportunities. The Agency uses this information to determine the most qualified offerors for individual awards of PSC contracts that support various programs, initiatives, and internal operations. Respondents include various individuals submitting offers and seeking consideration in response to Agency solicitations for PSC opportunities.
