Changes were made to Clause 40 of HUD Forms 5370, 5370EZ, and 5370C Part 1 to reflect the recent changes that have been made to the regulatory requirements of Section 3, which are statutorily required by 12 USC 1701u(g), and were published at 24 CFR Part 75 on September 29, 2020. Those regulations went into effect on November 30, 2020.

These changes will have no impact on the information collection burden hours or costs.
