Justification for Non-material change
The Department of Labor is publishing an interim final rule (RIN 1235-AA36) to implement its role in the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement Implementation Act. This non-substantive change merely adds the statutory reference to this ICR- 19 U.S.C. 4532 and regulatory reference 29 CFR 810.800.
