The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) requests a nonmaterial/non-substantive change of the currently approved Information Collection Request: “TEMPORARY HALT IN RESIDENTIAL EVICTIONS TO PREVENT THE FURTHER SPREAD OF COVID-19 (Evictions EO)”


This change request is to make the following change in the CDC Eviction Protection Declaration Form:


Current 0920-1303 approval:

This means that you may be able to stay at the place where you live through JUNE 30, 2021, if you qualify.


Change Requested:

This means that you may be able to stay at the place where you live through JULY 31, 2021, if you qualify.


Additionally, CDC would like to make the same changes the following versions of the CDC Eviction Protection Declaration in the following languages:
