Request for OMB Approval for Non-Substantive Revisions to the Forms Relating to FDIC Outside Counsel, Legal Support and Expert Services Programs Information Collection (OMB Control No. 3064-0122)
Justification: The FDIC is revising all forms relating to its Outside Counsel, Legal Support and Expert Services Programs to be consistent with agency guidelines intended to promote formatting uniformity across all agency forms as well as to comply with Section 508 requirements and the 21st Century IDEA Act. There are no substantive changes to the forms which continue to collect the same information currently approved by OMB.
