Justification Statement – Non-substantive Change
Center for Advancing Policy on Employment for Youth (CAPE-Youth) Data Collection

ODEP is requesting approval for a non-substantive change relating to Collaboration Questionnaire that is part of the currently approved information collection under OMB Control No. 1230-0015, in which the CAPE-Youth project obtains information about providers in the youth workforce system. Various clarifications have been made to the phrasing of questions, and some response options have been shifted in position. There is no changes to the requirements of this ICR and no change to the burden in terms of hours or cost.
