1235 – 0016: Justification for Non-Substantive Change Request
Wage and Hour requests a non-substantive change to form WH-530 from PRA package 1235-0016. There were two minor changes that needed to be corrected: one, the page numbers were incorrect on the form and two, the form requested that applicants send the completed form to the address listed on page 6 when the address is listed on page 7. The Department has corrected both of these issues on the WH-530 and uploaded for your review.
