Other change: **

The MTW Office is proposing the following non-substantive changes:

1) Change the name of Moving to Work Public Housing Agencies (MTW PHAs), who have been part of the MTW Program Demonstration since December 15, 2015 to Initial MTW PHAs. This will help differentiate these 39 MTW PHAs from newly selected PHAs that are part of the MTW Expansion as of March 14, 2021.

2) Provide clarification on the Standard Metrics and acknowledge that HUD will work with the individual MTW PHA to determine metrics for any new MTW Activity that they intend to propose and implement.

3) Update the Certificate of Compliance with current language from the office of Fair Housing, as related to the MTW PHAs responsibilities with furthering Fair Housing and addresses local impediments to fair housing in their local jurisdiction.

The updates to HUD-50900 will have no significant impact on the information collection and there are no changes to burden hours or costs.
