Appendix B.6: Reminder email from NSF
Dear Colleague,
I am writing again to request your participation in an important survey about the NSF merit review process. As someone who has recently participated in the merit review process, you are in a unique position to help NSF better understand applicant and reviewer experiences in order to continuously improve the merit review process.
Over the past few weeks, you should have received three emails from our contractors, RIVA Solutions, Inc. and Insight Policy Research, with a link to a web survey. If you have already completed the survey, I thank you for your time and effort. If you have not yet completed it, I highly encourage you to do so as soon as possible. Although your participation is voluntary and not participating will not adversely affect you in any way, your feedback is critical to help NSF continue to maintain the quality of the review process and identify possible enhancements in the future.
