proposes amendments to the Energy Labeling Rule to require labeling
regarding energy usage by portable air conditioners. The proposed
amendments will result in an estimated additional 3,178 burden
hours, annualized, and cumulative of all affected manufacturers,
$67,988 in labor costs, and $30,000 in capital/non-labor
costs.
