The Department of Education, Office of
Postsecondary Education, manages the Alaska Native and Native
Hawaiian-Serving Institutions (ANNH) Program (Part A and Part F),
which provides grant funds to eligible institutions that have
either a population of 20% Alaska Native students or 10% Native
Hawaiian students. The grant program is competitive and requires
applicants to submit an application for review.
