available for public inspection when
received. Public meetings for the draft
EIS will be announced at a later time.

soliciting comments for this collection
(OMB No. 3206–0226). The Office of
Management and Budget is particularly
interested in comments that:
1. Evaluate whether the proposed

of the agency, including whether the

2. Evaluate the accuracy of the

Exchange (‘‘LTSE’’), NASDAQ BX, Inc.,
NASDAQ PHLX LLC, The NASDAQ
Stock Market LLC (‘‘Nasdaq’’), New
York Stock Exchange LLC (‘‘NYSE’’),
