The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development contracted with Decision Information Resources (DIR) to conduct a study on the Housing Choice Voucher program and new rent rules model that was implemented as part of the Rent Reform Demonstration. As part of this study, we would like to ask you a few questions. Before we begin, I would like to assure you that all of your responses on will be kept private to the full extent provided by law; the research staff has been trained in protecting private information and your name will not appear in any written reports we produce. The information requested under this collection is protected and held private in accordance with 42 U.S.C. 1306, 20 CFR 401 and 402, 5 U.S.C.552 (Freedom of Information Act), 5 U.S.C. 552a (Privacy Act of 1974) and OMB Circular No. A-130.
