training and evaluation for truck operators.

OSHA is proposing to increase
the existing burden hour estimate of the collection of information
requirements specified by the Standard. In this regard, the Agency
is proposing to increase the current burden hour estimate from
427,866 hours to 450,022 hours, a total increase of 22,156 hours.
An increase due to an increase in the number of powered industrial
truck operators. The estimated capitol cost under Item 13 increased
from $256,626 to $270,523.66.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
