The EPA is proposing amendments to 40 CFR part 63, subpart DDDDDD, to address petitions for reconsideration as described in section III of this preamble. This ICR documents the recordkeeping and reporting requirements and incremental burden imposed by the proposed amendments only. In summary, there is a decrease in the burden hours and cost in this ICR due to the elimination of wastewater TOHAP testing requirements that are associated with our proposed revisions to emission limits for process wastewater.
