the Evaluation Fellows program. OADPS ADS reviewed the
submission and suggests the following determinations: PRA
Determination: OMB/PRA Clearance Required, as proposed
activity constitutes a collection of information by or for
CDC/ATSDR from ten or more non-Federal persons. The project
meets the criteria for the using the CSELS Generic Clearance for
CDC Fellowship Programs Assessments (OMB Control Number:
0920-1163). Human Subjects Determination: Activity is NOT
human subjects research. Primary intent is public health practice
or a disease control activity, i.e., program evaluation activity

Thank you for your feedback. I have addressed the mandatory
comments by adding specific numbers of respondents that are
internal vs. external to CDC. I have also added information on
the Generic Clearance for CDC Fellowship Programs Assessments
(OMB Control Number: 0920-1163), which will be used for PRA.

with individuals external to CDC is planned for later this fall after
