Public Housing Agencies (PHAs)
correct/mitigate exigent health and safety (EHS) deficiencies cited
in property inspections conducted pursuant to HUD’s Uniform
Physical Condition Standards (UPCS) inspection protocol. Through
the web-based template, PHAs electronically certify that they have
corrected/mitigated the EHS deficiencies.
The negligible adjustment in
the annual burden hours is due to the redistribution of the number
of EHS deficiencies per PHA based on a review of the most recent
four years of inspection data.
