Subject: Thank you for your participation in the How States Safeguard SNAP Participants’ Personally Identifiable Information (PII) Study
On behalf of the 2M Research study team, I want to thank you for your time and effort through your participation in the How States Safeguard SNAP Participants’ Personally Identifiable Information (PII) study.
Findings from this study will allow the Food and Nutrition Service to gain knowledge and share information with State agencies (SAs) regarding ways they can improve how they safeguard SNAP participants’ PII. Information collected from this study will provide insight on innovative and cost-effective practices for protecting PII. The study will also describe the various challenges SAs face in their efforts to maintain PII protection and how they reacted to these challenges. With increased understanding of both challenges and strategies for overcoming them, future policies and regulations can better support SAs in maintaining adequate protection of PII.
Thank you,
Sincerely,
[2M Team Member]
