The information collected on this

Convention Against Torture, and is eligible to remain in the United
States.

estimated annual hour burden to respondents for this collection of
information as a result of the increase in the estimated hour
burden per response for biometrics collection from 1.17 hours to
3.67 hours. There is no change in the estimated annual cost burden
to respondents for this collection of information.
