performance and the direction, pace, and magnitude of change for ECA
programs.
ROUTINE USES: The information on this form may be shared with members of
Congress, and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). De-identified data

contact information) with ECA implementing partners and external researchers
who are assisting ECA in measuring its impact. More information on the Routine
