The purpose of this project is to pilot test a new online training program for police that will relay the risks linked to shift work and long work hours and will give workplace strategies and personal strategies for the officers to reduce the risks. The pilot test will use a pretest, training intervention, posttest design to test the new online training in one group of 60 officers. These variables will be tested: 1) officers' sleep quality and quantity; 2) sleepiness; 3) knowledge; 4) changes in officers' behaviors. This change request is due to COVID-19 restrictions and eliminates in person interactions. Please note the request for a 6 month extension of the expiration date.
