For our monthly survey of Cotton Prices Received by Farmers, this firm will be asked to report total quantities of commodities purchased from U.S. farmers
and the total dollar value of those purchases.

delivered to your firm directly from producers as first time sales, without regard to eventual ownership or user. Include only

sales ticket, assembling sheet) showing a typical transaction and a monthly summary (monthly report) will help determine
the firm's ability to report based on our guidelines.
