The change in the reporting
burden is due to an increase in the number of notices filed by
broker-dealers pursuant to Rule 17a-11 by 90 (from 253 to 343). In
addition, the annual ongoing hour burden increased by one hour
(from 10 to 11 hours) as a result of an increase in Commission
Staff’s estimated number of notices from national securities
exchanges/associations each year.
