L. 116-136, to identify loans impacted by the COVID-19 National Emergency, for which lenders participating in HUD loan guarantee programs must provide an immediate forbearance for impacted borrowers. The information collected will help determine, on a monthly basis, the financial stability of lenders’ loan portfolio and assess the risk to the loan guarantee pool.
