Instructions for DSL0100: Ultra-low Sulfur Diesel Batch Facility Summary Report

Who must report

• Each diesel manufacturer producing or importing ultra-low sulfur diesel (ULSD) during the annual compliance period must submit this report for:

  • Domestic production of ULSD

  • Imported volume of ULSD

Reporting deadlines

• Submitted to EPA no later than March 31 each year for the prior compliance period.

12	Comments		AAAAA; Character. Optional, enter any comments associated with this report.

The public reporting and recordkeeping burden for this collection of information is disclosed in the estimates of the individual report form instructions.
