permit or authorization. Other materials may be denied entry.
Place WITHIN THE PACKAGE consignee’s name and address, and
invoice.
Paste securely to FACE of each package a BLUE AND WHITE
LABEL bearing reference to authorization, under which material is
being shipped.
DO NOT WRITE ON THIS LABEL.
DO NOT place any delivery address on outside of package. The
reference on label will ensure proper delivery.
Place on OUTSIDE OF PACKAGE name and address of shipper,
statement of contents, and FULL POSTAGE.
