The Citrus Administrative Committee administers a Federal marketing order for oranges, grapefruit, tangerines and pummelos grown in Florida. In response to a Committee recommendation, the Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) is conducting rulemaking on a new form that would enable the Committee to require handling operations, which pack and place regulated citrus products into commerce, register with the Committee one time per year.
