NON-SUBSTANTIVE CHANGE
Purpose: The revisions made to this form are required to clarify the following:
Any non-VA financial support funding or partially funding students tuition and fees (such as merit based or other scholarships) or any school funding for a student unrelated to Yellow Ribbon Matching Contribution Agreement funds, may not be used for the purpose of reducing the Veteran or eligible individual's remaining Tuition and Fees costs, BEFORE the determination of yellow ribbon contributions.
This action is considered a non-substantive change to the form, as it is not expected to increase current burden to complete.
