Content

We will code parent and child behaviors during two separate semi-structured free play tasks: a book reading task for 2 minutes and a free-play task with toys for 8 minutes

Parent-Child Interaction Rating Scales (PCIRS)

Parent-child relationship constructs

We will score parent-level and dyadic scales from the PCIRS: sensitivity; positive regard; stimulation of cognitive development; intrusiveness; detachment; negative regard; and quality of the relationship
