EDA must collect specific data from
grant recipients to report to Congress and stakeholders on its
performance in meeting its stated goals and objectives. EDA
proposes revising Forms ED-916, ED-917, and ED-918, which are
currently used to collect limited performance information from
recipients receiving assistance under three of EDA’s
non-infrastructure programs. The revised Forms ED-916, ED-917, and
ED-918 would instead comprehensively cover all of EDA’s
non-infrastructure programs. EDA does not propose to revise the
remaining fourth form under this information collection, Form
ED-915, which collects information on EDA's infrastructure and
revolving loan fund programs, but may do so in the future.
