Regulation Y - Bank Holding Companies
and Change in Bank Control (12 CFR 225) requires large bank holding
companies and U.S. intermediate holding companies (jointly referred
to as BHCs) to submit capital plans to the Board on an annual basis
and requires such BHCs to request prior approval from the Board
under certain circumstances before making a capital distribution.
Although there are additional data reporting requirements, there
are no required reporting forms associated with this information
collection.
