PART I.—GENERAL INFORMATION
Background. On Date, the Department of Commerce/the Treasury issued a countervailing duty
order/an antidumping duty order/suspended an investigation on imports of #abbrproduct from
#ctrysubs. On Date, the Commission instituted a review pursuant to section 751(c) of the Tariff Act of
1930 (19 U.S.C. § 1675(c)) (the Act) to determine whether revocation of the order/termination of the
suspended investigation would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to the
domestic industry within a reasonably foreseeable time. If both the Commission and Commerce make
an affirmative determination, the order/suspension agreement will remain in place. If either the
Commission or Commerce makes a negative determination, the Department of Commerce will revoke
the order/terminate the suspension agreement. Questionnaires and other information pertinent to this
proceeding are available at LINK.
#abbrproduct covered by these investigations is . . . COMMERCE SCOPE LANGAUGE
