There is a proposal to change specifically the Estimate Average Burden Hours Per Response. This change is due to the current estimated average at 9 hours per response. The justification for this request is based on the time needed for reviewing instruction, searching existing data sources, gathering and maintaining the data needed in completing and reviewing the collection of information. Thus, the timeframe for this process should be changed from 9 hours to 1 hour based on this justification.
