Type of Request: Reinstatement with
changes of a previously approved

Abstract: 14 CFR part 205 contains
the minimum requirements for air
carrier accident liability insurance to
protect the public from losses, and
directs that certificates evidencing
appropriate coverage must be filed with
the Department.
Respondents: U.S. and foreign air
carriers.
Estimated Number of Respondents:
2,508.
Estimated Total Burden on
Respondents: 875 hours.

SUMMARY: The OCC, as part of its
continuing effort to reduce paperwork
and respondent burden, invites the

agencies to take this opportunity to
comment on a continuing information
collection as required by the Paperwork
Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA).
In accordance with the requirements
of the PRA, the OCC may not conduct
or sponsor, and the respondent is not
