Thank you for participating in the National Animal Health Monitoring System (NAHMS) Goat 2019 study. Now that field data collection is complete, the NAHMS staff would like to receive input from you regarding your participation in the study.

information collection is 0579-0354. The time required to complete
this information collection is estimated to average .17 hours per
response, including the time to review instructions, search existing
data resources, gather the data needed, and complete and review the
information collected.
