This change request is being submitted to correct language in the Privacy Act statement for the following forms AD-3030, AD-3031.
Old language: “The provisions of appropriate criminal and civil fraud privacy, and other statutes may be applicable to the information provided.”
New language: “The provisions of appropriate criminal, civil, fraud, privacy, and other statutes may be applicable to the information provided.”
