This is a request for a revision to the Supply and Service ICR in accordance with Executive Order 11246, as amended; Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended; and the Vietnam Era Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974, as amended, 38 U.S.C. 4212. These mandates prohibit Federal contractors and subcontractors from discriminating on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or protected veterans’ status. They also prohibit these employers from taking adverse employment actions against applicants and employees for asking about, discussing, or sharing information about their pay or, in certain circumstances, the pay of their co-workers. This ICR seeks approval of four information collection instruments that notify contractors that they have been selected to undergo a compliance evaluation. In particular, OFCCP is seeking reauthorization of the scheduling letter, the compliance check letter, and the Section 503 focused review letter. OFCCP is seeking approval for a new VEVRAA focused review letter. These letters are used to schedule Federal contractors and subcontractors for compliance evaluations.

Miscellaneous Actions
The overall burden increase is a result of the increase in the number of contractor establishments. The increase in the number of contractor establishments resulted in an increase in the Recordkeeping Burden and Third Party Disclosure Burden. However, the Reporting Burden decreased because the number of full compliance reviews decreased. Instead of only doing full compliance reviews, the agency will conduct more compliance checks and focused reviews, which carry less burden.
