The Department is renewing the information collections contained in PTE 75-1 that were in place prior to 2016. The burden estimates have been updated to reflect the most current available data. The number of respondents has fallen based on updated information received from the SEC, FINRA, and the FDIC. The burden hour estimate correspondingly decreased. The hourly rate of compensation increased.
