The Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) provides limited enforcement services to facilitate collecting past-due child and spousal support. This includes the statutorily required Federal Tax Refund Offset, Administrative Offset and Passport Denial Programs, which are components of the Federal Collections and Enforcement application maintained in the Federal Parent Locater Services' Child Support Portal.
