This authority is needed by BIS
seminar planners and instructors at seminar programs through the
year. Seminar participants are asked to evaluate the program and
provide insights useful to program development. The responses to
these questions provide useful and practical information that BIS
can use to determine that it is providing a quality program and
gives BIS information useful to making recommended improvements. It
also shows attendees that BIS cares about their training experience
and values their viewpoint.

In addition to soliciting
feedback from program attendees, BIS plans to request post-event
feedback via email from the groups with whom it co-sponsors the
Forum and the seminars. This request is expected to take
approximately 10 minutes per response with an expected 30 responses
from Co-sponsors. This feedback not only contributes to the overall
quality of BIS’ programs, including the pre-event organizational
aspects, but also helps to ensure BIS’ working relationship with
its’ co-sponsors. Feedback is provided by co-sponsors to BIS on a
voluntary basis.
