cutoff date when AIP Code/Location State
Code/Location County Code/Commodity Code
contains multiple Sales Closing Dates for Spring or
Fall type and Fund Designation, "P09" was
reported to the RMA before Fall Cutoff Date for
Commodities with or without Fall type.
Resubmission of the Fund Designation, "P09" with
a Spring type will be accepted and the Fund
Designation Cutoff Date will be calculated from
the Spring Sales Closing Date.
