the VA Privacy Office on whether the routine uses listed in the
Privacy Act statement satisfy the requirements of 5 USC
552a(e)(3)(C). VA shall also provide one or more citations for the
statement, "Federal statutes provide severe penalties for fraud,
intentional misrepresentation or criminal connivance or conspiracy
to influence the issuance of my guaranty or insurance or the
granting of any loan by the Department of Veterans Affairs."
