Appendix Y: Workflow for Preparing Food Items for Lab-Based Usability Testing
Coordinate with the participant (P) for time of food delivery and address at which food should be delivered.
Locate a local grocery store near P’s home.
Use the website of the local grocery store to build shopping cart with food from shopping list, and understand the time needed for delivery.
Get approval on the purchase.
Work with Associate Directorate for Research and Methodology (ADRM) admin staff to make a credit card purchase from the grocery store on the day that allow sufficient time for delivery.
Work with ADRM admin staff to make a credit card purchase from the McDonald’s on the lab testing day before the testing session with sufficient time for delivery.
