This is a revision of a
previously approved information collection. The total burden hours
for this collection is 2,924, an increase of 2,524 from the
previous information collection package estimate (which was 400
burden hours). The increase is due to changes in the number of
applications and obligations as well as an agency adjustment in the
forms provided in the attached RUS Form 36.
