The Office of Adolescent Health seeks a revision of the Pregnancy Assistance Fund (PAF) performance measures data collection. A new cohort of 23 PAF grantees was funded in 2018. PAF provides funding to States and Tribes to provide expectant and parenting teens, women, fathers and their families with a seamless network of supportive services to help them complete high school or post-secondary degrees; and to help states improve services to expectant females who experience intimate partner violence or stalking, Additional measures have been proposed for addition to the existing menu of approved measures; these additional measures reflect the language included within the most recent funding announcement. A 3 year clearance period is requested. The respondents would be the 23 state and tribal entities receiving PAF awards in 2018. Data would be collected annually.

In 2017, cohort 4 PAF grants were funded for 1 year rather than for 3 years, and a new PAF funding announcement for 2-year grants was released in late 2017 for the fifth cohort. The total number of grants funded in cohort 5 in 2018 is 23; this revision updates the burden accordingly. Measures were revised and added to reflect new language included within the most recent funding announcement. The new/revised measures reported by all grantees include changes in the types of core services that are reported, an additional metric for partnerships, additional items related to educational outcomes, maternal and child health outcomes. Revised measures reported only by grantees funding State Attorney General Offices include changes to the types of services and trainings related to violence prevention activities. More specific information is included within the supporting statement A.
