This collection is used to track, evaluate and report on coastal and marine habitat restoration funding administered by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Restoration Center, National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS). The information enables NOAA to demonstrate accountability for federal funds used to restore coastal and marine habitats, provide accurate and timely responses to NOAA, Department of Commerce, Congressional and Constituent inquiries and contributes to the Government Performance and Results Act "acres restored" measure. Grant recipients are required by the NOAA Grants Management Division to submit periodic performance reports and a final report for each award; this collection stipulates the information to be provided in these reports.

There are no program changes. There are minor adjustments: 1846 total hours, increased from 1825. Burden hours are slightly different due to considering the initial report for each award as a larger burden. The total burden for the performance progress report will be 9.5 for the initial report, 5.5 for the semi-annual report (less than previously estimated), and 9.75 for the final reports. The total burden for the administrative progress report will be 6 for the initial report, 2.75 for the semi-annual report (less than previously estimated), and 5.5 for the final reports.
